Actress Geena Davis has placed her picturesque property on the market. The Oscar winner is asking $5,995,000 for her Pacific Palisades home.

The actress Geena Davis has placed her picturesque property on the market, Variety reported. The Oscar winner is asking $5,995,000 for the award-worthy home, located in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Pacific Palisades.

Built in 1999, the home last changed hands in 2007 for $4.19 million. If she sells near her ask, the star of “A League of Their Own” will have held her own in the real estate game.

The home is set on a quiet cul-de-sac, and its layout includes five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on 5,146 square feet of interior space.

The floor plan features high ceilings, clean lines, hardwood floors, and French doors throughout. The living spaces lead out to the trellised patio, dining area, garden, and tree-filled lawn.

“This stately, elegant, yet warm/inviting home will captivate from the moment you enter,” says the listing, which names Davis as the owner of the home.

Enter into a double-height foyer into the main living space. A large central living room has a dramatically decorated fireplace. The living room, a formal dining room, and a family room all open out onto patios.

The kitchen has been recently remodeled, featuring an eye-catching turquoise geometric backsplash, a large island with seating, and plenty of cabinets for storage.

The master suite includes a vaulted ceiling, sitting area, fireplace, private covered terrace, dual baths and closets, and a separate office or gym. Three more bedrooms suites are upstairs, along with an additional family room and office that overlooks the garden.

Set on nearly a half-acre, the property also includes a bar, a safe room, and a three-car garage.

Davis also sold a 12-acre estate in tony Montecito, CA, in 2005, with her then-husband, director Renny Harlin, for $9.5 million, netting the pair a million-dollar profit. That property popped back on the market in 2017, this time asking $21.5 million.

Davis, 64, has had a long career on screen, and is known for such classics as “Beetlejuice,” “Thelma and Louise,” and “The Accidental Tourist,” for which she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She can also be seen in two upcoming films, “Ava” and “Cowgirl’s Last Ride.”
