Jaime also appears to have filed an emergency motion "related to child custody and visitation" but that was "denied without prejudice," and a source tells People that she is "distraught."

Jaime and Kyle have been married for 12 years, have two sons, and meet on the set of the movie Fanboys. According to People, Jaime told InStyle Weddings that “I don’t know why, but some part of me was instantly connected to him, and I loved him so much. It was intense. I never thought that would happen to me."

This split is the third in a string of recent celebrity divorces, including Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler, and Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy.
