Lane Kiffin pays homage to Bear Bryant, wears plaid suit to Ole Miss vs. Alabama football
In his first game against Alabama as the Ole Miss football head coach, Lane Kiffin paid homage to legendary Alabama football head coach Paul W. "Bear" Bryant.
"Game day @AlabamaFTBL @OleMissFB got the suit in honor of the Bear!!!," Kiffin said on Twitter with a goat emoji.
Kiffin spent three seasons as an Alabama football offensive coordinator from 2014-16.
Bryant was the Alabama football head coach from 1958-74, and he went 232-46-9 in those 25 years.
Alabama, currently ranked No. 2 in the Amway Coaches Poll, enters the matchup 2-0 overall and 2-0 in the SEC. It defeated No. 20 Texas A&M 55-24 on Oct. 3
Ole Miss comes into the game 1-1 overall and 1-1 in the SEC. It defeated Kentucky 42-41 on Oct. 3.
