Muradov catches a Sanchez kicks and fires a punch. The strike misses and he goes straight to chopping Sanchez’s lead leg. Muradov throwing big punches after defending a Sanchez takedown attempt. Right hand grazes the side of Sanchez’s head. Looking light a tough fight for Sanchez right now. Muradov forward blitz with some hooks and a kick to finish. Sanchez’s punches are falling short. Hasn’t connected with anything major yet. Tries a 1-2 and that is barely defended by Muradov, though. Flying knee almost touches Sanchez’s chin and Sanchez returns with a punch. Great pace in this first round. Both fighters very active through the first five minutes.

Sanchez trying to get more aggressive to start round two. Muradov patient. Sanchez now pressing Muradov to the cage rather than shooting for takedowns out in the open. They separate. Two minutes have gone by now and Sanchez is landing more in this round. Punches are connecting. Another jab for Sanchez. He’s found the range he wants to fight at. Muradov circling outside and can’t find a way in now. Left hand and right hand for Muradov to close the distance. He’s got the center now and starts swinging wild hooks. Sanchez great defensively for the moment there and he’s picking up. He defends another forward blitz from Muradov. Sanchez stumbles a little after Muradov finally connects with a major shot this round. A smarter round here for Sanchez who slowed the pace down and found his shots. Muradov lands big with two heavy shots at the end of round two but it wasn’t enough to win that round.

Sanchez takes the center immediately. Muradov forward blitz 1-2 and uppercut connects. Sanchez not looking so great after that combination and he looks to be in trouble. He’s defending relatively well despite being hurt, though, and his high guard is preventing strikes from sneaking past. A head kick lands from Muradov. This fight is turning back in his favor now. Sanchez lands some great punches but then Muradov steps in and lands a brilliant right hand. Sanchez stumbles backward. Muradov advances, throws heavy punches, and secures the finish. That’s how you finish a fight.
