A disturbing new report is exposing evidence of widespread labor abuse in the lucrative palm oil industry. An investigation by the Associated Press uncovered dire conditions at plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia, the world's largest producers of palm oil. Palm oil is the world's most widely consumed vegetable oil and has made its way into the supply chains of world-famous brands.
