Biden honors 500,000 Americans lost to COVID-19, pledges economic relief

President Biden held a ceremony Monday evening to honor over 500,000 Americans who died from the coronavirus. Earlier in the day, he made changes to a federal program that helps small businesses impacted by the pandemic.
