Voting rights activists say they're concerned about possible long-term impacts of President Trump's efforts to challenge vote counts in predominantly Black communities. Attempts by his legal team to expose alleged voter fraud in states across the Rust Belt have largely failed, but some say these efforts to undermine faith in the electoral process could depress future voter turnout among Black Americans.
