Cramer: The next stop after banning Chinese apps is banning Chinese IPOs

CNBC's Jim Cramer said Friday he sees the next step for the Trump Administration after taking the first steps to ban Chinese apps such as TikTok and WeChat from the United States would be to stop Chinese companies from going public on U.S. markets.
