Oct.29 -- Early voting across the country is already breaking records. As of Oct. 27, 67 million people had already cast mail or in-person ballots for the Nov. 3 election. Leslie Vinjamuri, head of the U.S. and Americas Programme at Chatham House, talks about the trends on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
