The homeless population in America continues to rise but many won't be casting ballots in the 2020 election. Lyndia Downie, president and executive director of the Pine Street Inn, a homeless shelter and services provider in Boston, joined CBSN to discuss how her group is working to ensure the voices of homeless people are heard as America votes.
