New USPS policies might delay mail-in-ballots

New policies that the United States Postal Service put in place earlier this month are causing mail across the country to be backlogged. This could cause mail-in ballots to be delayed and miss being counted for the November election. Michelle Ye Hee Lee, who reported on this for The Washington Post, joined CBSN to discuss.
