Pelosi ‘Confident’ that Biden Will Be Elected President
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi says she's confident the Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden will be elected president. She says while she doesn't want to be "overconfident," she wants to be "ready for how we are going to go down a different path." Pelosi said Black and Latino children are more likely to die from COVID-19 than white children. She then attacked the Trump administration saying, "it's sinful that we have not addressed protecting the lives of the American people on the path that the president has taken" to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
