Wildfires are burning out of control throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. Oregon's wildfires tore through small cities, forcing thousands of residents to evacuate. Meanwhile, there were 14,000 firefighters on the lines in California as 28 wildfires burned out of control. And smoke from the wildfires has made it's way to some of the West Coast's biggest cities.
