Can The Baseball Hall Of Fame Be Taken Seriously Without Barry Bonds In It?

For the first time since 2013, no one was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. That includes Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds. Considering his status as MLB's all-time home run leader, can the Hall of Fame be taken seriously if Bonds is not in Cooperstown?
